Who we are

This website is run by ENNEM (ENNEM Produciendo), which is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at ennemproduciendo@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Free downloads. To unlock a free download we ask for your email address. We store your email, the download page you used, the time you signed up, whether you agreed to receive updates, and when you downloaded the track. If you downloaded one of our tracks through a previous download platform we used, we may also keep your name, the track you downloaded and the date, as they were given to us.

We use this to deliver the download and, only if you ticked the consent box, to send you news and promotions about our music. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

Browsing. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies and we don't track you across websites. When you open a download page we add one to a visit counter for that page, so we can see how many people visit it. The counter is just a number: we don't store your IP address or anything that identifies you.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe with a single click from most email apps. Once you unsubscribe we stop sending you emails from every download page. To make sure the request is respected, we keep your address on a list of unsubscribed emails; we never use it for marketing.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run the website and send emails (hosting and an email delivery service), who process it on our behalf.

Third-party services

YouTube. Videos on this site load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you press play. Until then no request is sent to YouTube.

Spotify. Download pages include a Spotify player, which loads content from Spotify. If a download page asks you to follow an artist or save a track, you do it on Spotify. If we ever ask you to connect your Spotify account, we use the permission only to perform that action and we don't store your Spotify token or profile.

Cookies. We use a single technical session cookie on download pages to remember which steps you have completed. It is deleted when you close your browser.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, except for the unsubscribe record described above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ennemproduciendo@gmail.com and we'll reply as soon as possible. If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
